I wanted to make black bean patties to have another meat alternative.
So I went for it.
I give myself A for effort :)
So I rinsed and drained some canned beans
Then mushed them with spoon
Added seasonings to tatse- pepper sauce, parsley, oregano, paprika, some dill.
Then Egg and 1/2 tbs flour and 1/2 table spoon of corn flour.
Mixed, then shallow fry
Then got this
It was delicious. I really liked it!
