Chicken from begining to end
This is just a small chicken I got from the store. I washed it and then did the lemon and seaosnings thing...
Season it..hot and spicy (everything looks gross raw)
Start to bake uncovered and add stuff
Take it out and get a pic
Put it back in covered...
Add spicy sweet BBQ sauce and watch the skin crackle..
Cook uncovered for another 30 minutes
So good

Look what I got :)
I took this quiz where they tell you what food you are like and look what I got....
Brownie- Your like a brownie you melt on people and people stick to you. You are kind and affectionate. Your a good listener.
Whether you know it or not, and people look up to you, and no matter how they act, everybody has a place for you in their heart.
Tee Hee!!!!!!!!!

Secret
Well the time has come
The foodies seem to making the rounds talking about guilty pleasures
I may as well...
I like spam..fried spam
Yes the luncheon meat in a can
I don't ever eat it
But I liked it when I was younger
I stare at spam in the store and want to try it again
I like spam and rice with patchoi and Tomato chow
Spam and fried rice all mixed up together is heaven.
If you have it with roasted sweet peppers OMG.
Like all canned meats thought it's full of Nitrates/Nitrites ....I think I am going to try it just once.
You know they have the indivdual packets now. The single serve...
I know because I stare at the Spam new happenings at the store...
I don't even know why I am ashamed of my love of spam.
I am not going to be anymore.
Who cares if someone thinks I am weird for liking spam...
Judgments be hanged!
I watched the History Channel on the History of Spam and apparently now there is a negative connotation that goes along with buying spam...
Forget it
I like it
It's good.

Ok I loved it because of the food and the company, but if I never see meat for a long time it will be too soon.
There was a ton of meat and it kept on coming.
On and On
We just laughed and laughed and laughed
Senti got wired off of Shrimp and cocktail sauce.
The whole night was just laugh after laugh....
I had the best time...
Boys are funny.... :)

Sweet egg Tarts
Apparently this is a fairly common Asian dessert. The only thing I have to get is milk :(
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 10 tablespoons butter, diced
- 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3/8 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C.)
- In a large bowl, mix flour and salt together. Blend in butter with a pastry cutter until mixture resemble coarse crumbs. In a small bowl, beat the egg with the cold water. Stir the egg mixture into the flour mixture to form a soft dough. Wrap with plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Divide dough in half. Roll each half out to 1/8 inch thickness. Using a 3.5 inch (8.5 centimeter) fluted round cookie cutter, cut out 22 rounds. Press dough into lightly greased 3 inch tart pans.
- In a saucepan over low heat, stir water and sugar until sugar dissolves. Measure 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons of the resulting syrup and set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine eggs, evaporated milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Strain into reserved syrup and mix well. Pour into prepared tart shells.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown and filling is set.

Very Spicy Curried Lamb
Wanted to make it since I've been eating so much of it lately..
Now I can move on to something else.
You know how it is...
You like something, so you have as much as it as you want, so that you can get tired of it, and move on to the next.
When I'm done I'm done...
Get the lamb
Cut it up
Season it however you want.
I used a variety of seasonings including AmcharMasala and Madras and green curry
Let marinate
Cook- spicy (habanero)
Add small bits of potato to thicken your sauce
Enjoy

Want to try this place out
I passed by a couple times on my way to other places but I finally got the name and looked up a review.
Gonna try it soon :)
It looks yummy
But hmmm I read these reviews...I dont like bright lights in restaurants that are supposed to be nice. In fact they teach that in design school....
Fast food places..bright lights..fast turnover of customers keep it moving.
Nice restaurants: dimmer softer lighting, softer music, not so much distraction...
Now I am not sure....Maybe I'll wait a little bit.
Tell other people about it and have them try it first.

Chocolate Wontons
I looked this up and nobody had the process in pictures. Just the finished product.
get the skins
Lay them flat
Cut up the chocolate- haha my fingers are the same color as the chocolate :)
I used Snickers and Three musketeers and some other type, and then I had peanut butter.
I wanted gooey like Nigella Lawson when she had her fried chocolate bars. If only Mr. Saatchi came with the package :)
Ok paste the peanut butter on the skin
Add chocolate
Fold up
Shallow fry
I made a mistake..I had the heat up too high so by the time I turned round they were a bit dark..
No matter it didn't TASTE burned
But then it was chewy, crisp, gooey, yummy, and hot
Yeh umm put some icing sugar (as if you haven't dug yourself into enough of a sugary and calorie ridden hole)
I only made 4
