Baked Talapia with Pak choi and Mushrooms

Bake the whole Tilapia and eat with the pak choi

Sautee the mushrooms

Add the pak choi

Cook till pakchoi is wilted

Stir Fried Pak Choi

Sis this is what I did with the white stalks
Stir fry with adequate seasoning

Add Egg Yolk....

Tiny bit similar to egg foo yung

I don't know how I want to cook it yet so I am looking up some recipes.
