Veg nut 'quiche'

Blitz everything
Nuts
Veggies
Garbanzo
















Season everything well

















For the crust get the nuts, some of the garbanzo, a small amount of brown flax.
Blind bake crust for 12 minutes at 425 F















Spread the seasoned veg (mixed with garbanzo)















Bake for 10 minutes at 350 F. Then 7 minutes at 450 F
















Take out then let cool
















Then cut














It is so delicious if you have seasoned everything well. I used garlic, parsley, a touch of salt, a tiny bit of lemon





Make a suace if you want but its delish on it own.


You could have mixed all of these together and made a nut loaf. But I like this.
I will make a nut loaf another day.
