I made a whole pan kachuri
This just means I made a batch of falafel mix and instead of making individual kahuri from it I flattened it down into w pan and baked it whole
Then I cut pieces of it to eat
It was so delicious
Spicy and bready tasting
A little crunchy on the outside, soft and warm and a tiny bit crumbly on the inside
When I put Tamarind chutney on it, that just took it up another level
