My mom and sis have been helping me
My momma used to make cauliflower chow chow for us when we were younger
I never watched her make it so she told me how to
I am making mine a little bit different to hers.
This will all help with whatever is going on with me
Cauliflower - cook by boiling or steaming but you want it to be soft
Garlic (as much as you want - I mean it)
Cut up with some jalapeno pepper and some orange habanero (I like spicy)
Add apple cider vinegar and let soak for maybe an hour
Add mustard and mix (add a lot - 4 tbsp)
Add to cauliflower
Bottle it
Store in refrigerator
Eat as a side
Its soooo delish
