Heavenly
Eggplant
Peel and chop
Rub with toum and some seasoned salt
Bake in oven
I baked it covered because I didn't want the garlic in the toum to start burning before the eggplant cooked
When it comes out it is sooo delicious
And the smell through the house is amazing
Eat it alone or with whatever
