I have this block of nut cheese
The texture is a tiny bit grainy (but I think it's because I used my food processor which has a set blade, that I can't change.
BUT
Other than that it's kind alike Parmasean and ricotta mixed up
It tastes like cheese too
This soo weird to me
Then I made a mold with some cheese and pest0
That is heavenly tasting..these bursts of flavor and the cheese.
It's so amazing
I'm not frontin' just because I made it.
It really tastes good
I am really happy because now I have a good substitute...
