This is the BEST pesto I have EVER eaten

I can never get it from the deli again
Although deli pesto IS good but wow
I love mine
I got the organic
Washed it
Processed it with garlic
They say use pine nuts but I used cashews
Then I added
Oil, lemon, hot pepper, parsley and thyme
Blitz
Then blitz more
Then package for fridge
It tasted heavenly...
