My Gogi Sauce

I learned how to make bulgogi sauce yesterday and I can use this with Eggplant :)
Soysauce
Sugar
Honey
Garlic cloves
Onion (will leave out maybe)
One Pear/one apple
Hot pepper
kaffir Lime leaf (just one- I added this because of the yum factor)
Blend in blender/food processor
(you can add some walnuts if you want)
Smear onto eggplant or marinate eggplants slices in this before grilling
So good so yum...
