Currently trying...

More low carb vegetarian meals
1. Lemon, cucumber, cauliflower salad - this is good.
2. Shredded Cabbage salad with Walnuts
3. Broccoli crunch salad: broccoli, apple, raisin, walnuts
I have made versions of these before but never stuck to it.
Gonna see how it goes. My body is getting less and less tolerant of carbs, bread etc.
I eat it sometimes when I go out but then I pay the price later when I go home and have massive stomach aches all night long.
The Acidophilus pills seem to work a little to help with the pain, but not enough.
