What was interesting about it was that many of the recipes in the book, today may not hold up under many restrictive diets
HOWEVER
He does have a lot of exercises. Like so.
AND he also features a lot of women who are trying to lose weight
He puts their picture, highest weight, current weight, and goal weight. Then he puts a recipe under the pic
Throughout the book there are a lot of quizzes and notes about nutrition
You can tell he put a lot of time into it
I dunno that it was right for me, but other people may get or have gotten a lot out of it...
