This is a grain free, dairy free, gluten free pizza
The crust gets baked forst
Smash some cauliflower in a little oil and some psyllium to bind
Season and had some ground nuts or ground nut flour
Spread on a sheet and bake 400F for 25 mins
It looks like this when done
Let cool
Get your toppings ready. This is mine. Sweet peppers
Add some green tomato salsa
Then your sauteed peppers
Bake at 350 for 15 mins and get this
Cut and get this
So delicious and flavorful
It's a little soft but if you want it harder bake crust for longer at 400. This is vegetarian but of course you can add whatever toppings you want
