My bars

Homemade Larabars

Sometimes I need a snack.
When I don't have fruit or if I feel for something different
Larabars are really good
Two ingredients basically.

Soak raisins to plump

Process cashews
Add raisins

Process more

Add a few more cashews for texture

Pour out

Shape into bars
Refrigerate to harden
You can add a teaspoon of lemon for a zip and a pinch of salt
They are delicious.
However high in calories so take a half a bar for snacking
