Kale and me

Still experimenting with Kale

I didn't want to do the raw kale salad

So I tried a curry stir fry

So I washed the Kale really well
Dropped it in some hot curry with a little oil
Then got to stirring

This is what I ended up with

It tasted great.
(you have to add a tiny bit of sea salt and pepper)
