A spicy sweet potato and flax soft bread
It ends up fairly soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside
With a sweet spicy taste...so good
So...
The sweet potato meal

The flax

The tbsp oil

Some of my hot sauce
Italian seasoning
Water

Mix till soft dough

Like so

Place in greased pan and flatten

It looks like this before the oven

Then into oven at 350 F for 15 mins - 20 mins

Then out of oven like so

Cut like so

Its yummy and crunchy on bottom and edges
