Flax Cracker

Dang tasty
Flax cracker
Pure fiber and tasty
Get the flax meal like so

Then add water and mix

Let soak for a few hours

It gets all gummy in texture
Then add apple habanero sauce

Add some garlic and parsley salt and mix in

Then spread in a greased tin (some people do parchment)

Raw foodists use a dehydrator
Place in oven at 375 for 30 minutes to 40 minutes (check every 12 minutes)

Slice before it hardens or it just breaks apart

Take out and let cool

Then MUNCH and crunch on these delicious things!

Pure fiber (no carbs turning into fat on you)

Helps your colon

Tastes great

Its very good. Make sure you have greased the pa well before you put the flax onto it or put on some parchment paper first so the flax doesn't stick to the pan

you can also just eat the flax and water mixture if you add some fruit or raisins to it. it's like cereal/oatmeal
