Delish

I made these lentil burgers

Well the patties anyway

I had this before maybe at a vegetarian place and it was dry
HOWEVER I figured out how to avoid that

Boil till the lentils are really soft and drain well
Add Panko breadcrumbs and this will absorb excess moisture

Season it (VERY VERY IMPORTANT)
I used parsley, soul seasoning, thyme, garlic and other stuff
Add egg

Mix it
I used my hands cuz you wanna smush the lentils

Then I shaped them and then cooked them

They smelled so good
Tasted better

So good
But then it started to hurt so I dunno about lentils anymore
