Lasagne is one of the most labor intensive dishes to make
Which is why I don't make it often (if at all).
You gotta roast or sautee everything if you are doing a vegetarian lasagne.
Peppers and eggplant
Garlic
Onions
Then you gotta make the sauces
Bechamel
Marinara
THEN you gotta layer
Pasta
Then like so

And so
Then put in the oven for a final product
Which I could see a cut piece
