For the longest time Liz and I have wanted to make cheese
We finally got around to it
Milk and Butter milk
Pour
Heat and manage temp
Watch for curds (NO STIRRING)
Separate curds and whey
Squeeze out whey
Let drip dry.
Voila cheese!
Then get zucchini
Cut in half and scoop out innards.
Use some of the innards in cheese stuffing
Mix cheese and zucc innards with seasonings
(basil, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper), some shredded mozzarella, and parm
Stuff Zucc
Bake on greased baking tray in preheated oven at 325 for 27 mins
serve with whatever sauce or dressing you want ( used honey, spicy mustard, evoo and a touch or red wine vinegar)
Set table
Toast to friends
Laugh all night long!
