Poaching

Ok I think I did what Martha Stewart said to do.
I added vinegar to the water to help with protein coagulation

Then I went ahead on my own and added some salt and some lemon juice and a touch of dried italian seasoning (hey! I do as I please)
Then I cracked the eggs and did that skirting thing with the whites to make them fold over the yolk

They came out really good and I added some Polish mustard and orange habanero sauce that i home made (just a spot of it).
They were really good.
My first time making plain poached eggs!
