A new one

So I added a recipe to the manuscript
Its eggplant dumpling.
You know like chinese style pork dumplings?
Like that but the stuffing is eggplant. I made it up as I went along so I dunno if I look it up somewhere the method will be like mine.
Its really really good and delicious and I hope they like the submission...
