So I bought different cuts of lamb.
This cut I had never seen before and they called it the breast
Essentially there were some rib type bones and some fat and such
I wanted to try it.
So I seasoned as usual
Backed 325F for 1.5 hrs and
Roasted for color 400 for 15 minutes
All uncovered.
This is what I ended up with and it is yummy.
