Peking Duck

The last time I cooked duck it was such a disaster.

In the future I will try again and this time I will follow some recipe. I have watched enough food network and prof told me how to do it.

They usually don't let you have Peking duck at lunch but we could because of prof. So sweet.

SO they carved it in front of us and made wraps with these pancake things...so good.
