Spicy seasoned Lamb and Beef Bone Marrow

I don't often get the marrow because it's so fatty but yesterday I went to the store and there it was...
Waiting for me

So I seasoned it all -with some lamb

Popped it into the oven at 325 for 1 hour and then 10 minutes more at 450.

Sooo Good.

You can't really eat too much of the marrow in one sitting because you will feel ill..

There is really too much fat..but one serving is enough :)
