Well you know that salad that I made (see previous post)?
It was huge and I couldn't eat it all.
So I decided to put it in a soup..
That was a great idea.
I used a Campbell tomato soup
Added 2 cans of water to it
Crushed red pepper flakes ( 1 tbsp)
One cup of Pak Choi leaves
The rest of the salad
I let it come to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes.
It was soo good and hearty
I loved that soup.
