Tamarind Chutney

I started off boiling the garlic (5 cloves) in 3 cups of water.



I used 200grams (half my block of Tamarind paste).
1/4 cup of strawberry jam


1.5 cups sugar.
1 TBSP crushed red pepper and hot sauce if you want it spicier (I always like it spicy)
Boil down till thickened to how you like it.
All kinds of YUM
You will see my chutney in other dishes I make to eat :)
