Veg curry

Remember all the veg I got?

I made a curry with it (green curry)

First the cauli

Then the broccoli and others

It cooks fairly quickly so you have to keep an eye or else they will get really soggy

But then you get this yummy thing that you can eat on it's own and it's heavenly

Lassi

I call this mango lassi even though it's made with almond milk, and I used mango and banana

I loved this so much

 It made me feel so ALIVE wile drinking it

I wish I was sure

I wish I was sure that these tasted good

I always wanted to try one
But I don't want to buy it, hate it, and pitch it
Plus I can't eat the crust, and I'm not sure if the bean part has flour or some grain mixed in that I shouldn't eat...
It's a once in a lifetime thing for sure
They seem popular
I'll walk by them every day for months and look at them till one day I just decide to do it
You'd be surprised how much I do this when it comes to thing I haven't tried before

Note: maybe not: It's got milk in it- I can't have it
Maybe a tiny piece of the middle just to taste

Then I mixed it all together like so, with parsley

It was amazingly delicious

So easy to make too!
