We went German again
So I took more pics of the decor

It's hard to describe this

So the lunch food is really good regardless

We got what we wanted

And we were satisfied

I went to another place and got Schnitzel

That was really good and it inspired me to make some this weekend- Maybe Monday

Or maybe when I feel like it.

These are the best spring rolls ever

I got them from the Korean store

They are so delicious and full of flavor

I baked some chicken breasts as well

I am gonna cut the meat up and put them in salad

They are so spicy and so good

I have this thing
Its a snack

It's a dried fruit snack.

Like a roll up - apple flavor.
Its from a foreign country (duh lol!)

I got it from someone and it looked interested.

I was going at it for a while as I worked.

Decided

We decided to try German food

We both got this sausage platter

But I don't like German Potato Salad

I got a baked potato. I haven't had potato in so long..maybe a few months

It was yummy.

German food is not my favorite in general but I enjoyed this meal.

Plus the company was cool.

I laughed a lot.

I picked the grapes today

Some were tart

The really dark ones were so sweet and good

I had a good time eating them too! :)

Come Dine

I've been watching episodes of Come Dine With Me (one of my fav shows)

I decided to do some fish (in a pouch), based on one of the episodes that I liked

So I prepared it all the same way

Baked It

Then near the end add the crumbs

Get the sprouts

Stir-fry in EVOO and spices

Plate up

That is lunch

Or Something

I boiled these...

Then I think they went into a salad, with broccoli
Or something.

Yeh I did it

Well I got it and now I've cut some of it.

And I ate a piece
AND it was so good

And I am having some more as I watch Cat on a Hot Tin Roof with Paul Newman

Unfortunately I didn't Make these but N did.
He was invited to a party and made these

Chanterelles and Salmon in this one

Parmesan gana padano and zucchini in this one

Goat cheese, carrot and broccoli in this

He made a lot of dough and made some yummy looking crusty bread (Oh bread, how I miss you!)

And then got hungry so he made pototoes in goose fat...Oh yum ( I think goose fat is the new bacon - yeh I said it!)

Ok

These may not sound so good but they are
Black seaweed flakes

You soak them
Then add them to soup or whatever

They smell like the sea and have a high fiber content
AND they are cute and sci fi :)

I like it
I may not buy it again in a hurry but for the first try I like it.
