Pizza and Tears

Under the careful instruction of Tristan I started with the Pizza dough.

I tried to make it flat enough to through in the air and flatten even further.
the result was a dough full of holes and me weeping in utter misery.
So I started over.
This was the result

An asymmetric dough

With a homemade sauce..

Delicious if I do say so myself (and I do)

Mushrooms and cheese

Sundried Tomato
Kalamata olives

and some Ck

Vegetarians will dislike the Ck part.

I ended up with all kinds of Yummy :)
