I made some saheena but with a modified recipe and baked instead of fried
Got my spinach which I seasoned with toum, and other seasonings to taste
Blitzed some chick peas
Added some curry powder, some flax and a little bit of bread crumbs
Add spinach
Mix
Add some hot water and mix to get this
Then shape into saheena 'patties'
Bake at 375 F for 14 minutes on each side (cuz these were big and thick)
Then serve
You can eat with chutney of by itself or as part of a meal
Just FYI they are delicious!!
