I came into the kitchen and was met with a sweet one that tasted cakey.
Flax is a miracle ingredient (egg and flour replacement)

The same sweet potato flour

The leftover carrot pulp

Flax

Warm water
Mix

Place in greased tin

Spread

Bake 35 for 30 minutes

It comes out fairly soft

But it cuts well and it's delish
