This is a messy business so rest cake on wax paper before you begin.
Cut top off to even things out
Discard top part or eat it
Slice horizontally using long knife
Slice vertically
Separate pieces
Start to ice the layers
Voila
Enjoy

oooh, see, now I have been craving chocolate cake for 2 days now. I am going to have to get some somehow. And layered with icing. Yes. :-) Looks good.
AND AND AND Its just a simple BOX cake...I added a chocolate pudding cup for extra moistness and I was good to go Bada bing Bada Boom
