Seeing food
Food is a long story these days.
I have to plan really hard and not get some things I want to get, or get other things that may be better
I have to make sure we don't go over a certain amount each week.
So I repeat a lot the same foods but try different recipes when I can
At least books have food :)

Iron
Eating healthy foods is the most important way to prevent and treat iron deficiency. Good sources of iron include:
- Apricots
- Chicken, turkey, fish, and other meats
- Dried beans, lentils, and soybeans
- Eggs
- Liver
- Molasses
- Oatmeal
- Peanut butter
- Prune juice
- Raisins and prunes
- Spinach, kale and other greens
http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/007134.htm
Mild anemia may have no symptoms. As the iron level and blood counts becomes lower, your child may:- Act irritable
- Become short of breath
- Crave unusual foods
- Eat less food
- Feel tired or weak all the time
- Have a sore tongue
- Have headaches or dizziness
- Blue-tinged or very pale whites of eyes
- Brittle nails
- Pale skin color
