So commercials are supposed to be commercials and not tiny scary movies
However the David Lynch coffee commercial took a page out of his filmmaking style

SO I watched it a few times
Th light shifted/faded in and out from dark to light and so did the sound fading in and out

It didn't convince me to start drinking coffee but it was a cool commercial.

The fetes have started in Trinidad

At the all inclusives you get free food

One of the things they prepare is pepper roti

I am trying tapenade with Kalamata instead of Black olives
Remember I am allergic to the black olives, so I wanted to try and see if it was just those
So I got these

Did this with some garlic

Blitzed

Added what I needed to add till I got this

Then put in a container

I love the color...so rich and dark red
Then I tasted it
Ten minutes later I got the full on pin prick itchies (even on my scalp)
I think this may be my last time having ANY olives :(

If you are gonna share a meal

If I am cooking something and they are making something else...
Its gotta be easy

AND must be able to be prepared before people come so I'm not rushing around when they come in to the house

Mash

You know I can't really do potatoes that much
So Cauliflower is a good alternative
I made the mash
Cook the cauli like so

Blitz
Add some evoo
Salt

Other seasonings to taste

More pesto

I know I made it before
But I love it so much
I blitz the nuts and garlic

Then the garlic
And throw away the stems

Blitz with lemon, pepper and other seasoning, and evoo

Till it gets like so

Then serve
On EVERYTHING

Fish

I love fish
Fish is good

I just season it

Package it (foil or parchment)

Bake at 350 for 20 mins
Broil for 4 mins
Eat
So good

Soak Everything

Carrot Salad is good
Blitz the carrot

Soak the raisins

Add to the carrot
Add some lemon and that EVOO mayo

A pinch of salt
Let sit for 30 mins
