Here's this

I have been NOT hungry

However until I take it to the "I'm just fasting" stage I decided to just make this and eat it
The making it part was cool
However it took me a long time to eat it

I looked at it for a long time

Played around on the computer

Read, and watched a show

I decided to eat it in the end but it took a long time

I should just fast ...

Then the alcohol part

To get to this

I added some pieces of fruit just for fun

Then I tasted it

Here we go again

OK I said I was gonna do it and I really DID.
I am so excited

1/3 cup ground flax seed

1/3 cup almond powder

1 egg

1tbsp canola
1tbsp half and half
1 pinch salt
1/2 tsp baking powder

Mix

Place in microwavable container
Microwave for one minute

Changes and comments:
The bread cooked in 1 minute and 40 seconds
When you turn it out onto the paper towel the bread is a little damp on the bottom
Next time I may use a small egg because I feel it was a bit much to use a large egg

When you microwave bread the texture is not as dry as when you do it in the oven
HOWEVER

When the bread cools off it gets more of that bready texture
It tasted like a whole grain bread
It tastes good
Total 10 gram of carbs with 5 being fiber
I am so happy!!

I can eat bread again!

No Table

So when you sit down to write, here is the thing
You gotta be relaxed

You gotta chill

When you take a food break, eggplant parmesan and a little red is cool

Cuz that is how we roll- Where the party at?

uiche-dom

Ok so I got it in my head to make a crustless quiche

AND EAT IT

Spinach and Peppers

This thing has got to be flavorful because you know me

Bland and I won't eat it again

SO what I am going to do is curry cream the green pepper and use the sauce from that as my
milk/cream.

Yep I do what I WANT to do

And I am gonna add spices to the spinach.
I love my soul food seasoning, thyme and parsley.
Organic eggs :) (ital)
I am using a tiny bit of cheddar and a lot more neufchatel cheese, with scotch bonnet.

Add it to my eggs

Mix Mix here

Mix mix there

Pour

Bake

We will see how this turns out :)
Firstly I gotta say it SMELLED heavenly

It cut easily and it looked and tasted so yummy. So full of flavor, rich and hearty.
I love it!

Get this

T might be on a role but it inspired me to quichedom
I'm gonna start in a minute but check out his greek salad

I could go for some now.
It looks light and fresh

Ital

T sent me these
I have been researching Ital cooking (Vegetarian but caribbean) and I am still on my kick to master all of that in a low carb kinda way.
In the meantime here is what T sent

A four egg pizza (I haven't ever been brave enough to bake eggs as is)

And roasted butternut squash (butter and brown sugar roasted I think) with broccoli and tomatoes
I am very much into cauliflower these days though
mmmmmmm
