Now I have a totally new dish to eat

It's that Cauliflower and eggplant bake
With all the toum

After it cools down a little you can cut it
Then serve

However many pieces you want

Peel and chop

Rub with toum and some seasoned salt

Bake in oven

I baked it covered because I didn't want the garlic in the toum to start burning before the eggplant cooked

When it comes out it is sooo delicious

And the smell through the house is amazing

I made whipped garlic paste (TOUM)!

I am everything garlic these days
I wanted to make a garlic paste that would last in the fridge

So I hit up youtube

I made the toom using Garlic

A little oil
Some lemon juice

A little salt
Sooooooo good
Now for Toum adventures (fyi I didnt do the really fluffy toom- not enough garlic and I didn't want to use a lot of oil)
SOOO delicious

Double take
I made some more baked falafel patties because the first batch went fast

Then I ate some with roasted chicken

Delicious mistake
I wanted to make falafel

I did everything I was supposed to

But then when I went to fry = they kept falling apart.
I wanna know why?????????????????
This thing smelled so good I wanted to salvage

So I flattened them out and baked them

15 minutes
Then turn and another 10 at 375F

The house smells like spicy garlicky falafel heaven

OMG

I almost collapse when I tasted these....

I did everything I was supposed to
