I made this

It is/was/is delicious (everything roasted)

It takes a long time to eat it all though.

Most of the time I just eat leftovers till they are gone but this is so much I may have to throw in a soup day so I don't get tired of it


But man it's good!

I think the copyright was 1982
 What was interesting about it was that many of the recipes in the book, today may not hold up under many restrictive diets
HOWEVER

He does have a lot of exercises. Like so.

AND he also features a lot of women who are trying to lose weight
He puts their picture, highest weight, current weight, and goal weight. Then  he puts a recipe under the pic

Throughout the book there are a lot of quizzes and notes about nutrition

You can tell he put a lot of time into it
I dunno that it was right for me, but other people may get or have gotten a lot out of it...

Buy it and cut it

If you are buying melons, get the whole melon and cut it at home
When they cut it in the store, they charge double or triple for the container
 I was flabbergasted to see the price comparison.
Just youtube how to cut stuff up if you don't know how
Believe me it's ALL easy
The lady at the fruit counter taught me how to chose ripe cantelope and a customer taught me how to choose ripe sweet watermelon

It is sooo worth it
 Especially if you are doing a cleanse

Fruity

Well I have to say this. Frits are good but fruits are a trip of gargatuan proportions
All good intentions aside
 Fruit will spoil so you can only buy a certain amount every time you go out.
This increases the number of time you have to go to the store

This is not the best thing for me since I just like to buy a bunch of stuff and have them last a long time. However


I am going to try it this way
I am also trying to go full organic and non GM. EVen though I studied GM in university and a lot of it was fine, I really don't know what all they have come up with and are doing on the low.
Simple manual pollination is considered GM but  I imagine that more complicated GM are taking place now.
Whenever you GM something the protein structure changes. When you consume something with modiefied protein structure, the interaction with proteins in your body may change.
It may not be good for your body.
Anyway I really do feel better eating this way
So we shall see

Meal with the loaf

Started with this (mackerel)

Then added some  spinach and peppers

Them some of the sesame garbanzo loaf


So so so so good!

Making a loaf

This loaf tastes like meat and had the mouth-feel of meat
Blitz chick peas with whatever seasonings you desire, at a little fat or water to make it workable
Blitz sunflower seeds

Mix the two - add more seasonings to your taste

Like so
Shape into a loaf  (kinda glaze with a little oil so it can brown) and place in oven 375 F for 45 mins
 Cut and serve
It is so good and yummy

Cooking it

I haven't had curried mango in a long time.
All the mangoes are always too ripe
I got a semi and immediately cooked it up
 Here it is in first stages
I bottled it when  I was done

A breakfast

Flax meal
Raisins and nuts

Almond coconut milk
Was extremely good. I can eat this with no pain at all

Curry meal

Vegetables

And chicken


This was good

Best soup

Well one of the best anyway

With Spinach and fish
 I baked the fish first then dropped for a minute in the soup
